In 2017, Galerie Appartelier was born out of the shared passion of a group of art lovers, driven by a singular ambition: to reach out to a public not used to traditional art galleries.
Based in a small town, in an area that is still unfamiliar with this type of cultural initiative and urban art in particular, our gallery aims to be a place of openness, dialogue and discovery.
So we’ve decided to explore new avenues and give our artistic approach an innovative dimension.
With an open heart, we are committed to promoting the artists we support, by giving them careful and lasting exposure.
Our approach is also based on a desire to break away from traditional frameworks, by regularly organising exhibitions outside our walls, encouraging encounters between works of art and unexpected places.
The selection we present is resolutely eclectic, combining paintings, sculptures and photographs, as well as a selection of prints, to reflect the richness and diversity of contemporary art.
