Olivier Bertrand is a contemporary sculptor whose preferred medium is cardboard. His delicate and technical works amaze with their attention to detail and creativity.

Born in Marseille in 1975, Olivier Bertrand inherited his parents’ early passion for the visual arts. From childhood, he immersed himself in the world of drawing and origami, fascinated by the transformation of a simple sheet of paper into a living work of art.

After studying economics, Olivier Bertrand embarked on a career as a web designer for over 15 years. However, a period of convalescence gave him the opportunity to reconnect with his first artistic loves.

Today, Olivier Bertrand expresses his talent through cardboard. Folding, cutting, tearing, and assembly become the main techniques used to bring his creations to life.
