This work is part of an accessible, humanistic approach, in which art becomes and a tool for symbolic transformation. Presentation of the works of Olivier Clavel, a street artist from Grenoble, who has just completed a series of hand-painted and hand-stitched jeans, blending painting and textiles. "The denim trousers are used as a canvas. Painting and sewing, reminiscent of his childhood, are his tools of expression." The artist works in successive stages on the jeans, applying acrylic paint, spray paint with stencils, adding hand-sewn fabric patches, and embroidery. Each pair of jeans contains on average 100 pieces arranged in opus incertum style, according to a carefully thought-out composition. Both the jeans and the added textile elements are upcycled. There will be 3 to 4 of us wearing these jeans at stand D8 between 6 PM and 10 PM to welcome visitors during the Nuit de l'Art (Night of Art); the artworks will not be displayed on the walls, but will instead roam for the duration of the evening.

For the Night of Art, we're offering a unique experience in which spectators become players in the creative process. By combining traditional printmaking with contemporary graphic design, we're inviting the public to actively collaborate in the creation of each work. Through the exchange of ideas, suggestions and real-time interaction, participants will influence the artistic direction of each piece, creating a fusion between the artist's personal expression and the collective imagination. This immersive approach allows for a dynamic exploration of printmaking and graphical techniques (using water-based bombs), while fostering a creative and spontaneous exchange with the audience.
