le programme
On Thursday evenings from 6pm, the Night of Art gives artists the chance to take over the fair for an evening, with meetings and live performances.
Galerie Hébert
18h-22h
Presentation of the works of Olivier Clavel, a street artist from Grenoble, who has just completed a series of hand-painted and hand-stitched jeans, blending painting and textiles. "The denim trousers are used as a canvas. Painting and sewing, reminiscent of his childhood, are his tools of expression." The artist works in successive stages on the jeans, applying acrylic paint, spray paint with stencils, adding hand-sewn fabric patches, and embroidery. Each pair of jeans contains on average 100 pieces arranged in opus incertum style, according to a carefully thought-out composition. Both the jeans and the added textile elements are upcycled. There will be 3 to 4 of us wearing these jeans at stand D8 between 6 PM and 10 PM to welcome visitors during the Nuit de l'Art (Night of Art); the artworks will not be displayed on the walls, but will instead roam for the duration of the evening.
Galerie Appartelier
The artist Petite Poissone will be present.
Galerie du Losange
From 7pm
Creation of a clay sculpture by Virginia Alfonso Calace.
L'Arbre de Jade
L'Apothicaire Sérigraphie will create a silkscreen print based on a work by Manat. Manat and l'Apothicaire will be on the stand all day for this occasion.
Galerie 1-10
For the Night of Art, we're offering a unique experience in which spectators become players in the creative process. By combining traditional printmaking with contemporary graphic design, we're inviting the public to actively collaborate in the creation of each work. Through the exchange of ideas, suggestions and real-time interaction, participants will influence the artistic direction of each piece, creating a fusion between the artist's personal expression and the collective imagination. This immersive approach allows for a dynamic exploration of printmaking and graphical techniques (using water-based bombs), while fostering a creative and spontaneous exchange with the audience.
