\nIt was first Jacques, Antoine’s great-uncle, who had the chance to collect Bugattis. This immense passion was passed on to his nephew and naturally, as one passes on a genetic heritage, the torch passed to Antoine.<\/p>\n
It is by being aware of his roots that a man can grow. Antoine Dufilho knows them, his roots, which plunge into art and medicine. His work proves it.<\/p>\n
As a child, Antoine Dufilho was introduced to the visual arts by his great-uncle, an actor, painter and sculptor. Later, medical studies allowed him to discover and dissect the complexity of human biomechanics.
\nArchitectural studies then led him to a new approach to sculpture, in particular to the work of the frame, which once exposed reveals a succession of full and empty, bringing lightness and dynamism to the general form.<\/p>\n
Antoine Dufilho is self-taught, he experiments different techniques such as molding and welding to gradually build the aesthetics of his art around this DNA that characterizes him; He began to devote himself fully to it in 2012.
\nA graduate of the Lille School of Architecture and Landscape, he was able to design and realize himself in the Lille countryside, from shipping containers, the workshop in which all his works are created.
